PERSONAL SESSION - 90 minutes or 60 minutes

MEDITATION SESSIONS - 30 minutes or 60 minutes

GROUP SESSIONS - Discounts offered for groups of 4 or more (up to 10)

CARDIO HIKES (We will take a challenging and invigorating hike together at one of several L.A.-area locations.
The reward is a guided meditation at the top of the hill. Prices vary depending on location and duration.)

AB-STRACTION (Focuses on strengthening the abdominals) 30 minutes
